What's included with my $37 seat?
A fully reclining VIP seat and a meal: outbound passengers get a hot breakfast at 9 AM in Lago Agrio; return passengers get lunch at the Magic Paradise stop in Lago Agrio.
Where in Quito does the bus pick up?
Two pickup points in Quito — choose at booking: Old Town at Hotel Boutique Casona1914, or New Town at Hotel Boutique Chakana Mariscal. The exact address is confirmed in your WeTravel reservation email.
How early do I need to be at the pickup point?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. The bus departs Quito promptly at 11:00 PM on operating nights.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund through WeTravel. Within 48 hours, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
How much luggage can I bring?
One large checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger. Larger gear (dive bags, surfboards, etc.) by request — message us before you book.
Are children welcome?
Yes — children of all ages are welcome. Please book a full seat for any child age 2 or older. Kids under 2 ride free on a parent's lap.
